Above are the Preliminary Tasks that the three of us completed before we grouped together as 'Pomegranate Productions' to make our film opening. The preliminary tasks were an introduction to both filming and editing for us, as some of us had never used proper camera equipment or Final Cut Pro before. The Preliminary task required us to include both a match on action shot and a shot reverse shot, giving us ideas on how to film our opening in creative and professional ways- involving camera movement and more advanced aspects of editing into our final piece. Overall, the Preliminary tasks were a lot of fun, and helped us develop our skills.
